End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Abdulrazaq Alonazi ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VitalCore Sim ("App") on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Educational Use Only

VitalCore Sim is an educational training simulator for study and simulation purposes only. It is:

• NOT a medical device or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)
• NOT FDA-cleared, CE-marked, or SFDA-registered
• NOT intended for diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making
• NOT a substitute for licensed medical education or supervision

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing in this App constitutes medical advice, a physician recommendation, or a standard of care. All patients, scenarios, waveforms, and calculations are fictional and for educational demonstration only. Users must verify all clinical knowledge against licensed instruction, institutional protocols, and primary literature before any real-world application.

4. Professional Responsibility

This App is intended for healthcare students and professionals under qualified supervision. You assume full responsibility for any real-world clinical decisions. The Developer disclaims all liability for clinical use, patient outcomes, or reliance on App content.

5. Advertising

The free version displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob on app screens. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data per Google's privacy policy. An optional in-app purchase removes all ads permanently.

6. In-App Purchases

An optional one-time purchase ("Remove Ads") permanently removes all advertisements. This is a non-consumable purchase managed by Apple. Refunds are handled per Apple's standard policy — contact Apple Support for refund requests.

7. Privacy

Camera and OCR tools process images locally on your device only — nothing is uploaded to external servers. Training preferences are stored locally. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code are owned by Abdulrazaq Alonazi unless otherwise noted. Medical device names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; VitalCore Sim is not affiliated with any manufacturer.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLINICAL DECISIONS, PATIENT OUTCOMES, OR RELIANCE ON APP CONTENT.

11. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App from all devices.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
