Manufacturer IFU interpretation beyond general reference guidance

Device model (e.g., iPad Pro 12.9") and iOS version
VitalCore version shown in the App Store or About page
A short description of the issue or question
Screenshots if reporting a display or UI problem

Please do not include patient identifiers, MRNs, or clinical photos in support emails.

Response time

We aim to respond within a few business days. VitalCore is independently developed and supported.
