Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using VitalCore you confirm you are a trained healthcare professional (or student under qualified supervision) and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. No medical advice

All calculators, OCR outputs, rhythm estimates, protocols, simulations, and suggestions are for reference and education only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must independently verify all outputs against primary sources, laboratory reports, manufacturer IFUs, and institutional policies.

3. Your responsibility

• Clinical judgment and licensed orders always take precedence.
• You are responsible for PHI handling, device security, and compliance with applicable law (including HIPAA where you are a covered entity or business associate).
• Simulators and training modules must not replace emergency protocols or direct patient assessment.

4. No warranty

VitalCore is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular clinical purpose. Use at your own professional discretion.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any clinical decisions, patient outcomes, or damages arising from use or misuse of the application.

6. Intellectual property

VitalCore content, design, and software are owned by Abdulrazaq Alonazi unless otherwise noted. Manufacturer trademarks and IFU references belong to their respective owners.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
